Christie Aschwanden, editor and lead science writer at Five Thirty Eight, will be swinging through the Pacific Northwest to talk about Good To Go, her new book on exercise recovery.

Portlanders, join NSWA and Aschwanden for happy hour. The next evening, Aschwanden will speak at 7:30 at Powell's, where she'll be in conversation with Peter Frick-Wright, contributing editor for Outside magazine and host and co-producer of the Outside Podcast.
