NSWA members and guests were invited to meet, chat, and share drinks with science writer and author George Musser following his Nov. 3 talk at Town Hall Seattle on “The ‘Spooky Action’ Shaping Physics.”

Musser, a contributing editor at Scientific American who was for many years that magazine’s physics and astronomy editor, was in town promoting his new book Spooky Action at a Distance: The Phenomenon that Reimagines Space and Time—and What It Means for Black Holes, the Big Bang, and Theories of Everything.

He is also author of an earlier book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to String Theory.
